About Me


Yoga was introduced into my life in 2014 after finally caving into my therapist’s suggestion. I quickly developed a deep affection for the incredible mind, body, and soul connection I experienced in every yoga class. As I continued to grow my practice, yoga became an indispensable part of my everyday life. Wanting to deepen my knowledge of yoga I enrolled in Emerald Yoga's 200 hour Teaching Trainingtoward. Mind you, I had no desire to teach yoga. After 6 weeks into the training, I changed my mind, I wanted to teach. How could I keep this amazing practice to myself?


My own personal loss inspired me to become a Certified Grief Yoga Teacher.  Grief Yoga offers a compassionate approach to healing by incorporating gentle and restorative yoga, mindful movement, deep breathing, and soothing sounds, allowing individuals to rediscover the power of love within themselves. This tender class is thoughtfully designed to guide those who are grieving towards inner peace through the transformative practices of movement and meditation. 


My classes are taught in a way that makes yoga accessible to everyone in the room. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi,  I create a safe and welcoming environment where students feel comfortable to make the practice their own.
