INDIVIDUAL INSTRUCTION
A private class is a minimum of 60 minutes. The maximum is up to the teacher but usually 90 minutes. A one-on-one class can provide personalized attention to your alignment and/or any physical limitation or injury you may be dealing with. A private class may also provide more confidence in beginning a yoga practice, and/or attending group classes.

To request a private class, whether specifying a particular teacher or not, please call 1-877-835-YOGA. The teacher will then contact you directly to discuss dates, time and cost. Payment would be to the teacher by check when you arrive for the class.

GROUP INSTRUCTION
A class for a private group can be for many reasons. It can be part of a celebration of some kind or perhaps an introduction to yoga. Or it could be a means of nurturing and energizing a group of friends, relatives, co-workers, etc. The teacher can work with you to plan the type of class you would like and the length of the class. Bringing in food/refreshments is also possible. Cost will include teacher time and studio rental. Please call 1-877-835-YOGA for more information.

WE REGRET THERE IS NO CHILDCARE AVAILABLE AT THE YOGA CENTER.
